You must have a decimal point in the wrong place for North Carolina, they move up after losing and then get throttled in your 98% win prediction? Good luck.
The love for the ACC and especially North Carolina has passed the point of absurdity.
BTW I'm waiting for this week's rankings and a projection for tonight's games. thanks
Guys, the week 12 ratings come out BEFORE week 13's games are played.
The ratings for week 12 were created before UNC laid an egg vs. NC State.
As for the ACC love, it has been explained in a post at Football Outsiders but let me summarize:
The ACC has done very well in their non-conference games vs. the other major conferences. It is a small sample and could very well be misleading, but as far as a computer knows the ACC is quite good. A person can evaluate factors a computer is unaware of and reach what we would consider a more logical conclusion. There is a reason you don't find any ACC teams near the top of the BCS rankings. In truth this is going to be the week where we find out how much FEI loves the ACC.
no, I realize this was before they got pasted again.
Just saying that it was silly then to have UNC #2.
