Can any man or machine reasonably say that they would take UNC over USC/Florida/Alabama/UGA/Oklahoma on a neutral field? I know in DVOA the Eagles are "gaming the system" by being legitimately TERRIBLE in things the system will presume to be average (or random) while being good in things the system considers an accurate measure of team strength and efficiency. Is that what is going on with UNC?
As I mentioned in this week's FO column, the whole ACC seems to be getting a boost. I don't think it is one thing in particular.
