In all seriousness, I think these ranking are pretty solid, especially given their lack of injury knowledge.
Thanks. I think the ACC love boils down to the following: 1) the league is very competitive overall; 2) ACC also-rans have staged two of its best out-of-conference victories:
Wake Forest beat Stanford
NC State beat Pittsburgh
The same kind of thing happened last year, and combined with competitive losses to top teams (Va Tech vs. Alabama, Clemson vs. TCU), it lifts the entire league profile.
Utah 23, Air Force 16.
How can you rank the Utes 20 spots below the Zoomies?
Then again, how can any 8-2 team be 63rd?
